Building and maintaining a house involves a huge amount of time and work. From spring to autumn, we have to mow the lawn, tend to the garden, and all work related to the building's exterior is our responsibility. In winter, however, the house requires heating. This doesn't mean that these responsibilities have to be daunting! Many people, despite everything, dream of their own home and take on the challenges of building and maintaining it. However, it's possible to achieve similar comfort with less effort. Choosing an apartment with a similar square footage, central heating, and even a dedicated garden is possible in the case of apartments! Many properties are available in similar square footage to a house – up to 130 m². By choosing such a property, we don't have to worry about heating or renovating the stairwell and infrastructure in the estate. A custom design is harder to sell!
When designing our dream home, we have a vision regarding the number of rooms, square footage, location, and all the functions we want our home to fulfill. What was best for us may not necessarily suit others, but when we decide to sell our home, the wide selection of available apartments increases the buyer's chances of finding the perfect one, and selling shouldn't be a problem due to the practical nature of the apartment buildings under construction, their convenient locations, and the versatile interior finishes proposed by investors.
