The most important factors that determine whether a property is premium

In real estate, the word "premium" refers to a high standard of interior finishing using selected materials. It also includes above-average square footage and a convenient location. However, the list of factors that determine whether a property is considered luxurious doesn't end there. What square footage should a premium apartment have, how can we understand a convenient location, and what else can indicate that an apartment is of a high standard? We've explored this topic in more detail in the article below!

Freedom of arrangement

It's common knowledge that the more space available, the greater the comfort for the household and the greater the freedom of interior design. Another advantage is the number of rooms, which offer additional possibilities for development, such as creating a dressing room or a private office. This is possible in the case of a large apartment, but it's not mandatory. The comfort resulting from a large area is one of the defining factors of a premium investment, but this doesn't mean that a smaller space precludes the possibility of being considered a luxury property. The method of arrangement and the creation of space through appropriate interior design are more important.

Convenient investment location

What is the ideal location? We're here to answer! Developers should consider all the options a client might consider when choosing an apartment in a given location. If the apartment building is located away from the city center, proximity to public transportation and very easy and quick access to the main part of the city are essential. Access to the city center is crucial for many clients working in the heart of the city.

Another aspect is the beautiful and well-maintained neighborhood, with access to green spaces both around the house and further afield – parks where you can go for a walk or a morning workout without having to stray too far from home. For many people, being close to nature is paramount, so if they're choosing an apartment rather than their own house with a garden, they need to have plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature nearby.

The final factor to consider when choosing a location is access to extensive infrastructure. This includes shops, restaurants, and service outlets. This is an additional and important factor in facilitating the choice of an apartment. Moreover, all of the above-mentioned aspects significantly enhance the perception of the investment.

Underground parking and monitoring

Other factors that determine the standard of an apartment include the amenities within the development itself and what's included in the offer. Do we have our own parking space, preferably in an underground garage? Is there CCTV installed to enhance our safety and comfort? Perhaps the entrance gate is automated and opens with a remote control. An elevator in the building is a given, but it's worth noting that this is a convenience, especially for seniors, and one we can't imagine a premium investment without.

The quality of the finish on the facades and common areas is also important. The use of durable finishing materials, both exterior and interior, is another key consideration, and it's worth noting that premium apartments are usually finished to a turnkey standard. In our opinion, a high-standard apartment should be designed with an elegant style, complemented by original lighting and materials from trusted brands offering quality and beautiful flooring, bathroom ceramics, and kitchen appliances.

All the above-mentioned aspects contribute to the quality of premium investments, which, as we see, are constantly enjoying great interest!
